HELP!!
The question I am MOST often asked by newer teachers, or people about to embark on that journey of teaching yoga....is "HELP!"
Learning is doing, I always say, but sometimes you just need that extra advice, guidance, information, etc.
That's why I am now offering private mentoring sessions for anyone that has questions. Whether it be sequencing, meditation, alignment, or just that moral support you miss from your awesome YTT intensive. I can offer you help.
