For those of you that don't, let me break it down; The word "Namaste" is sanskrit for "I bow to you" or, "I honor your light" I do not take this translation lightly, nor did I choose my business name because of it's catchy phrase either. I honor ALL who enter in the space of yoga and DECIDE TO MASTER THEIR OWN HEALING; I promise to guide you on this journey through my many years of training and expertise working in the trenches with hundreds of students.
Me? I am a spiritual healer who works with people that are suffering; Suffering from stress, pain, damage, worry, or anything that is preventing them from thriving fully in a healthy, happy, productive, life mindset!
With my guidance, we will;
1.) Identify the SOURCE of your suffering
2.) Use different tools (yoga, meditation, intuitive sessions, Reiki, tried-and-true spiritual practices) to help you start releasing this suffering
