Reiki Healing Sessions
Reiki, a Japanese word meaning universal life energy, is a hands-on energy healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that works with the body’s own energy to promote self-healing. Reiki energy heals by flowing through the affected parts of the recipient’s energy field and rejuvenating them with positive energy. It raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body where there is imbalance or blockage. In doing so, Reiki clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way. Your practitioner (me, lol) will “lay hands” on the individual over their clothing to administer this treatment. (You may have experienced this during savasana with me in a yoga class - private sessions can be more intense and very therapeutic.) I travel!! $85
Intuitive Sessions
Sometimes we need deeper answers to hard questions. I started doing readings in my early 20s for friends, (read my "Intuitive Bio" for the full story) then began offering information after yoga when people's energy was clear, strong, and undeniably open. A private intuitive session could help provide you with a confirmation, a new idea, new energy...I'm here to help YOU. Book an appointment. I offer group sessions as well. Private Session - $85
